2. The information contained in the Website and/or any of its website pages or sub-pages is for general information purposes only and may be subject to amendment, updating or withdrawal without notice from time to time.

2.   LTM is committed to protecting the privacy rights of all visitors on this website. LTM recognises its obligations under the Data Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations to keep personal and sensitive information secure and has therefore created this privacy statement to share its information gathering, processing and dissemination practices for the Website.

 

3.   Whereas LTM cannot guarantee the security of the global internet and/or email systems, LTM shall not collect or process personal and/or sensitive information unless lawfully in accordance with applicable laws shall endeavour to treat and retain personal and/or sensitive information which may be collected by LTM via the Website, if any, as private and confidential and shall not disclose such information to third parties unless consent is granted by you or is otherwise implied according to law.
